IPH is a Point of Entry for Coordinated Entry
Assistance with housing, clothing, meals, showers, lockers, and mailboxes is available by contacting Community Connections at 315 Sheridan Avenue in Albany, NY or by calling (518) 694-8899.
During cold weather months, emergency shelter is available at Safe Haven in Albany (518-704-4507) and Danielle’s House in Amsterdam (518-627-4649). These Code Blue programs will be open every night beginning November 18, 2019.
